Can I pay in my local currency?
While our store is primarily built for GBP, we also offer prices and payments in EUR and USD. You can change the store currency in the main menu.
Please note that all prices are converted from GBP with a live conversion rate, so prices may change with the fluctuating exchange rate. You can pay via card in your local currency, but if you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be charged in GBP and PayPal will do the conversion for you.
Can you ship to my country?
More than likely, yes! We ship to most countries around the world. You can check if we ship to your country during checkout. If your country is available in the list, then we can ship to you! Please note that all orders will be shipped from the UK.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
If you need to change anything about your order after you've placed it, including cancelling it, changing your details or changing what you've ordered, simply contact us.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
When you place an order, you will get an order confirmation email. We will then begin processing your order, which can take 2-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will get another email confirming that your order has been sent. If you ordered with a tracked shipping method, you will also get your tracking number in this email.
Where is my order?
You can track your order with the link sent to you in your order confirmation email. This page will be automatically updated once your order has shipped. If you chose a tracked shipping method, this page will also contain your delivery tracking.
If it has been longer than the period stated on your shipping method, then please contact us.
My order has arrived, but I'm not happy with it
While issues with orders are rare, they can happen. If there is a manufacturing issue with your order, we can send you a replacement free of charge. If you aren't happy with your order for another reason, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. If you want to return your order, please contact us.
Where are my bonus items?
If your order comes with bonus items like in-game items or free gifts, you will receive your bonus items 14 days after you have received your physical items. This is to stop people ordering items for free gifts, then returning the items for a refund.
